Industrial Millwright (433A) Location: Stoney Creek, ON Shift: 12 hour Rotating Continental (Successful Candidate must be available to work 8 hour day shift for the first 4-6 months) Employment Type: Full Time Taylor Steel Inc. is seeking a Certified Industrial Millwright to join our multi-skilled team. What you will do: * Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery * Installing, aligning, and dismantling pumps, conveyors, gearboxes, motors, and production equipment * Working with hydraulics, pneumatics, bearings, and drive systems * Performing preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs * Modify or enhance mechanical attributes of production equipment as directed or approved * Working closely with electricians, operators, and supervisors * Following all safety and lock‑out/tag-out procedures What we are looking for: Required: * 433A Ontario Certificate of Qualification * Working at Heights Certification * Valid Ontario driver’s license. * Effective interpersonal skills * Ability to maintain documentation and navigate computer programs Nice to have: * Experience in steel * Crane troubleshooting * Electrical knowledge What we offer: * $42 per hour, shift premiums, company bonuses * Employer matched Registered Pension Plan * Extensive benefits with employer paid premiums * Competitive vacation allowances * Participation in our Deferred Profit-Sharing Plan after 2 years of full time company service Why Join Us: With 13 production centres across four closely located plants in Stoney Creek, we offer an unmatched concentration of manufacturing capacity.
