Design, implement, manage, integrate, and support a 24/7 server and network monitoring platform, including Dynatrace, ITRS Geneos, Alerting Chain, and OpenTelemetry. Maintain and improve monitoring solutions and processes, document deployment standards, coordinate with technology providers and global teams, and support audit and compliance requirements.
