Diagnose, repair, maintain, inspect, and test snow removal equipment in the service shop and at customer locations, while documenting work and complying with safety and environmental policies. Provide field support and customer explanations, assist with warranty assessments and failure tracking, coordinate with service and parts teams, and support training for junior technicians.
