This is an exciting time to join our team at a high-growing stage. We are looking for an experienced Service Technician from a Level 3 up to a Journeyman to join our growing team. Service Technician Responsibilities Maintain, diagnose, and repair multiple types of refrigeration systems, as well as all mechanical and electrical components related to the equipment (such as self-contained coolers and freezers, single and rack systems, etc.) Perform minor plumbing repairs on refrigeration equipment, including walk-in drain lines, case drain lines, cooling towers and water-cooled condensers Inspect plumbing, electrical, and refrigeration systems and identifying specifications that are required Perform preventative maintenance and repairs for HVAC and Refrigeration Collaborate directly with grocery store managers and store directors Quote equipment repairs and recommend replacement when necessary Maintain proper van stock, tools and safety equipment on work van Complete necessary documentation and completion of customer calls within the company systems in a timely manner Skills Good judgement for use of supplies and materials in refrigeration repairs Attention to detail and critical analysis for diagnostics and work performed Professional communication skills Mechanical aptitude Thoroughness Communication skills Organizational skills Intermediate computer skills Ability to work independently and on-call Valid driver's license Qualifications 2- 3 years of supermarket experience (preferred not mandatory) Knowledge in Commercial Refrigeration & HVAC Safety Certifications (preferred: Fall Protection, Aerial Work Platform, First Aid) What We Offer Tool Allowance Company Vehicle & Company Mobile Phone Overtime & Double Time Pay On-Call Rotation Every 4 Months – enjoy regular work-life balance and be part of a supportive on-call team. Requirements

Requires experience as a Level 3 or Journeyman technician with knowledge of commercial refrigeration and HVAC. A valid driver's license is required, and safety certifications such as Fall Protection or First Aid are preferred.
