The Glass Technician works with all team members in achieving the repair facilities' KPIs. Key Job Responsibilities Ensure consistent execution of WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan Installs auto glass and other auto glass products in-shop or on a mobile basis Utilizes the proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, timely, and quality installation service Ensures required paperwork is completed and turned in to the appropriate person or location Maintains a safe and acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy Load glass in the van Immediately follow up with the General Manager on any problems that arise in the installation of the glass. Minimum Education and/or Experience Required for the Job High School Diploma or equivalent Completion of Post-Secondary Education in an Automotive Repair Program Minimum 3 years of Auto Glass Technician experience Red Seal certification Preferred Education and/or Experience I-Car Registered (working towards Gold Class certification) is an asset Other Requirements Travel, physical requirements, etc. Frequently required to bend, crouch, reach, handle tools and lift approximately 50 lbs. The Glass Technician is responsible for installing and repairing auto glass both in-shop and via mobile services. They must ensure high-quality installations while meeting the facility's KPIs and maintaining accurate paperwork.

Candidates must have a high school diploma, post-secondary automotive repair education, and at least 3 years of experience as an Auto Glass Technician. A valid driver's license and ownership of personal tools are required.
