We are currently seeking Water Transfer Technicians to join our growing field operations team. About The Role Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Water Transfer Technician plays a critical role in supporting water transfer and pumping operations in the field. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced position where safety, teamwork, and reliability are essential. You will be responsible for operating equipment, supporting rig-in and rig-out activities, and ensuring the safe and efficient movement of water between sites. Key Responsibilities Assist in Rig-in and Rig-out of water transfer and lease operations. Operate and monitor pumps, tanks, and transfer systems to ensure efficient water movement. Manage fluid levels in tanks, C-Rings, and ponds. Operate field equipment including pumps, filtration units, crew trucks, tailers, and skid steers. Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks. Participate in job safety meetings, hazard assessments, and training initiatives. Complete and submit required documentation (field tickets, JSAs/JHAs, reports) accurately and on time. Safely handle equipment and materials (lifting to 50 lbs). Maintain a strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards. Perform other duties as assigned by Field Supervisors and Field Superintendents. Qualifications & Requirements Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract. Current certification in First Aid, H2S Alive, Common Safety Orientation (CSO). Previous experience in water transfer, pumping, or oilfield operations preferred. Demonstrated focus on customer service and a commitment to safety. Good communication skills and the ability to take direction. Flexibility to work in changing conditions and schedules. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow. Working Conditions Successful candidates will be subject to a pre-employment drug and alcohol test. Outdoor environment, including extreme weather conditions.
