The Role We are looking for an experienced Composites Technician with strong hands-on knowledge of VARTM (Vacuum Assisted Resin Transfer Molding) to join our team. You will manufacture high-performance composite components in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and takes pride in workmanship, quality, and safety. What You'll Do Cut, prepare, and handle composite materials to specification Perform hand layup, vacuum bagging, and resin infusion (VARTM) processes Lay materials into molds, ensuring proper fit, finish, and quality Demold, trim, and finish parts to required tolerances Prepare and organize material kits including carbon fiber, Kevlar, peel ply, and flow media Maintain, repair, and assist with the setup of molds and tooling Conduct basic quality inspections and support continuous process improvement Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions What We're Looking For Hands-on experience with VARTM and composite fabrication Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions accurately Strong attention to detail and consistent workmanship Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working within a team Commitment to safety and quality standards Work Environment & Safety Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and manufacturing best practices Use required PPE including safety glasses, safety shoes, and hearing protection Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Contribute to a team culture focused on quality, safety, and continuous improvement How to Apply Please send your resume to [email protected].
