Production technicians work independently and as part of a team to safely and efficiently produce Oriented Strand Board (OSB). They perform various labor duties, analyze and troubleshoot equipment issues, and communicate with team leads and maintenance to ensure operational continuity.

Certified Millwright

Maintain and troubleshoot mill machinery including pumps, conveyors, and hydraulic systems to ensure operational reliability. Perform preventative and predictive maintenance while mentoring apprentices and improving equipment efficiency.

Certified Millwright or Planerman

On-site · Williams Lake

Maintain all mill machinery including pumps, conveyors, and hydraulic systems through preventative and predictive maintenance. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and mentor apprentices to ensure safe and reliable mill operations.

Certified Millwright

On-site · Kamloops

Perform operational repairs and preventative maintenance on mill machinery including pumps, conveyors, and hydraulic systems. Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to ensure reliability and mentor apprentices in maintenance practices.
