The Maintenance Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure safe and efficient production. They also manage spare parts inventory and support continuous improvement initiatives through the use of CMMS and technical documentation.

Process Engineer

The Process Engineer is responsible for optimizing operational efficiency and productivity by leading continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles. They will work closely with production teams to troubleshoot equipment, develop new procedures, and analyze data to reduce waste and costs.
