Remote Site Technician - Rotational

The Remote Site Technicians will safely and effectively diagnose, repair and or assemble all Caterpillar mining and earthmoving equipment in a timely manner while ensuring high quality standards and positive customer relations. ** This is a rotational role ** Pay Type Full Time, Permanent Compensation $48.17 The listed wage is just one component of our total rewards package, and eligibility to additional premiums may be available. Technicians are responsible for safely and effectively diagnosing, repairing, and/or assembling Caterpillar mining and earthmoving equipment while maintaining high quality standards and positive customer relations. Daily tasks include participating in safety behaviors, diagnosing mechanical issues using testing equipment, performing necessary repairs, preparing accurate service documentation, and maintaining good customer relations.

Candidates must possess post-secondary education in heavy equipment, heavy vehicle, or heavy engine mechanics, along with a minimum of two years of post-apprenticeship experience servicing heavy construction or mining equipment. A Provincial Red Seal license is mandatory, and availability for 14-day rotational schedules is required.
