Examine and diagnose RV problems, plan repairs with the shop foreman, estimate labor time, and communicate repair needs and updates to the service advisor. Document completed repairs, follow dealership policies and applicable regulations, mentor trainees, and attend company and factory training.

The technician is responsible for examining, diagnosing, and repairing RV systems while maintaining accurate documentation and communicating repair status to the service advisor. They also assist in mentoring trainees and ensuring compliance with dealership policies and safety regulations.
