Established in 1968 in Vancouver, TRIUMF is Canada’s particle accelerator centre. The technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and calibration of nuclear ventilation systems and related building infrastructure. They also provide technical oversight, mentorship to other staff, and contribute to system design improvements.
