Environmental Technician II Whitehorse, YT - Full-Time Regular As an Environmental Technician II, you will be responsible for environmental data collection at various projects around the Yukon. This data collection will include field sampling, data entry, data management, equipment maintenance and related office tasks. \n Key Responsibilities Conduct fieldwork, environmental sampling, and site assessments at various project locations Researching and compiling environmental data from public registries, government offices, and/or library or internet services. Environmental sampling and preparation of shipments to labs. Manipulation of digital environmental data and analysis reports. Analyzes and interprets environmental data. Preparing and formatting reports. Related office tasks, including filing and reception on as needed basis. Special projects as required. All other related duties as required. About You Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of previous experience in environmental monitoring. Ability to work effectively with team members as well as independently Previous experience operating ATVs or UTVs is considered an asset Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other business software Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work independently or as part of a team Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders Working Conditions Ability to lift a minimum of 15 pounds Site travel will be required with some weekend work \n $28 - $36 an hour \n Ensero has offices in Canada (Saskatoon, Vancouver and Whitehorse) and the US (Denver), and is well established as an innovative leader in regulatory, environmental management, water treatment, remediation technologies, and facility operations.
