This is an entry-level role for people who like to work with their hands and spend time outdoors. The Drill Crew Technician is responsible for equipment operating, directional drilling, drilling locating, mini excavator, skid steer operation, and Hydrovac. The Drill Crew Technician is responsible for operating heavy equipment including mini excavators, skid steers, and Hydrovacs. They will perform directional drilling and drilling locating to assist in the development of fiber optic infrastructure.

A valid Class 5 driver's license is required, while Class 1 and 3 licenses and previous drilling experience are considered assets. Candidates must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in all weather conditions, including overtime and travel.
