Job summary
Profile Qualifications To have a diploma of college studies (DEC) in an appropriate specialty or a diploma or an attestation of studies which is recognized as equivalent by the competent authority. Conditions Related To The Specific Position Proven and recent experience in executing large-scale events; Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills; Strong organizational skills and capacity to work on complex projects with fixed deadlines; Solution-oriented; Team player and avid learner; Good knowledge of the Cégep system; Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel (to be tested); Excellent capacity to learn new applications such as email marketing and forms tools; Experience recording minutes and familiarity with Robert’s Rule of Order; Excellent oral and written competencies skills in English (to be tested); Excellent oral and written competencies skills in French (to be tested). Access to personal vehicle for high school visits; Ability to transport and lift recruitment materials, including boxes of brochures and promotional displays for high school visits and events.
