Responsibilities Diagnose, resolve, and analyze electrical issues in recreational vehicles (12V, 120V) Provide after-sales service to our customers Perform minor plumbing repairs (fittings, leaks, pumps, etc.) Use hand tools to perform various adjustments and installations (furniture, accessories, equipment) Perform basic woodworking repairs or adjustments Collaborate with the production team to ensure repairs or modifications are tracked Provide excellent customer service during service calls and after-sales follow-ups Complete service reports and document work performed Install a variety of technical equipment on vehicles: windows, ventilation systems, heating, bench seats, exterior accessories, etc. Profil Hands-on experience in at least two of the following three areas: electrical work, plumbing, and cabinetmaking. Ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge. Interest in manual labor and customer service. A solution-oriented approach and the ability to resolve technical problems quickly.
