This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside Board-Certified Surgeons and help build a new specialty practice from the ground up. We are looking for RVTs who bring an entrepreneurial mindset to growing the practice, enjoy mentoring and training fellow team members, and have the confidence and clinical expertise to manage high-acuity cases. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Compensation * $28.00–$35.00 per hour, based on experience Schedule * Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM * Ability to stay beyond scheduled hours for late surgical cases * Availability to work Fridays and weekends as the practice grows -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TRAINING & PRACTICE INFORMATION All hired technicians will complete onboarding and specialty training at Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital. The technician is responsible for inducing, monitoring, and recovering patients from anesthesia during surgical procedures. They must also maintain a sterile surgical environment and accurately document all perioperative care.

Candidates must be a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) with at least 2 years of experience in surgery and anesthesia. Proficiency in managing high-risk patients (ASA III and higher) and anesthetic monitoring equipment is required.
