WHAT YOU’LL DO Run the Lab with Precision Perform chemical, physical, and sensory tests to ensure product quality. Maintain lab equipment, supplies, and environmental sampling protocols. Spot Trends and Solve Problems Track analytical data, identify out-of-spec results, and troubleshoot discrepancies using LIMS and D365 systems. Support Cross-Functional Excellence Train team members, contribute to SOPs, and collaborate with Production to validate processes and improve testing methods. Keep Quality Front and Center Ensure documentation aligns with GMP and GLP standards. Stay current with emerging lab technologies and practices. WHAT YOU’LL BRING * Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Science (Chemistry/Microbiology focus preferred) * 2–3 years of lab experience, ideally in food manufacturing * Familiarity with analytical instruments and microbiological procedures * Strong communication and time management skills * A mindset for continuous learning and process improvement * Bonus: Experience with D365 or LIMS systems Ready to make your mark in food quality?
