We are looking for someone who enjoys hands-on work, can read plans, understand assemblies, and find practical solutions on the floor. This position can also be a great fit for a semi-retired person who wants to stay active in a stimulating technical environment. Responsibilities Perform mechanical assembly of Li-Cube units. Assemble and install mechanical, electrical, and solar components. Participate in the assembly of electrical panels according to provided plans. Install supports, rails, structures, solar panels, batteries, inverters, and accessories. Read and interpret plans, technical drawings, and assembly diagrams. Use hand and power tools safely. Perform basic quality checks to ensure clean, solid, and compliant assembly. Work with the technical team to solve issues encountered during assembly. Keep the work area clean, safe, and organized. Profile We Are Looking For Experience in mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, manufacturing, installation, or a similar field. Resourceful and autonomous, with the ability to find solutions. Strong manual skills. Ability to read and understand assembly plans. Good mechanical logic and practical sense. Attention to detail and pride in a job well done. Experience with electrical panels, industrial equipment, solar, batteries, or generators is a strong asset. Positive attitude, punctuality, and team spirit. Semi-retired candidates with technical experience are welcome. What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience. Permanent, full-time position. Daytime schedule. Finish at 2:30 p.m. on Fridays.
