Le technicien(ne) associé(e) - Service et réparation soutient le département de service et de réparation en veillant à ce que l’équipement soit adéquatement préparé, testé, entretenu et prêt à être utilisé. Ce rôle contribue au bon déroulement des activités quotidiennes en effectuant des essais de fonctionnement, en traitant les commandes de location et de réparation, et en assurant le suivi auprès des clients concernant l’état de leurs demandes de service. Le poste peut également nécessiter un soutien directement chez les clients, selon les besoins. Principales responsabilités * Suivre les procédures établies de service et de réparation et tenir les registres de service. * S’assurer que l’équipement de location est correctement étiqueté, calibré et prêt à être utilisé. * Saisir les commandes de location et de réparation dans le système de distribution de gros. * Accélérer le traitement des commandes de service et de réparation et effectuer les suivis auprès des clients concernant leur état. * Effectuer des essais DOP à l’interne ou sur les sites des clients. * Effectuer des tests d’ajustement respiratoire à l’interne ou chez les clients. * Effectuer des inspections HazSafeID. * Fournir aux clients et aux représentants des ventes des mises à jour sur l’état des locations et réparations. * Se préparer aux réunions de succursale et de service, y assister et y participer. * Se tenir au courant des tendances du secteur, de l’activité du marché, des produits concurrents et des bulletins techniques fournis par les fournisseurs. * Effectuer les inspections de sécurité quotidiennes des équipements et des véhicules de service. * Fournir un soutien de relève au service à la clientèle et au personnel d’entrepôt, au besoin. Formation requise * Diplôme d’études secondaires ou équivalent Formation / certifications préférées * Certification SIMDUT * Certification TMD * Certification de conduite de chariot élévateur * Expérience requise * 1 an d’expérience en service et réparation requis; 2 ans préférés * 1 an d’expérience en service à la clientèle requis; 2 ans préférés Compétences requises * Permis de conduire valide avec un dossier de conduite satisfaisant * Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes * Excellentes aptitudes en communication et en gestion du temps * Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office * Expérience avec les diables, chariots élévateurs, palans ou autres équipements de manutention * Bonnes aptitudes mécaniques Compétences / certifications préférées * Certification TMD, selon la possibilité de déplacement de matériaux contenant de l’amiante * Certification SIMDUT, selon les produits chimiques et produits locaux Exigences en matière de déplacements * Aucun déplacement requis Environnement de travail * Conduite: Le travail peut nécessiter la conduite d’un véhicule pendant de longues périodes, avec des arrêts et redémarrages fréquents, ainsi qu’une exposition possible aux conditions météorologiques extérieures. * Entrepôt: Le travail s’effectue généralement dans un environnement d’entrepôt modérément calme, bien ventilé et bien éclairé.
