About the Role Reporting to the Mechanical Supervisor, the Millwright will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing mechanical equipment and systems in support of safe and reliable plant operations. Key Responsibilities • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of hydraulic systems and components. • Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical equipment issues. • Perform routine maintenance work on machinery. • Use SAP for materials management and work order management. • Perform basic welding and fabrication. • Coordinate contractor activities as required. • Keep work areas and equipment in a safe, clean, and orderly condition. • Perform duties and operate equipment in a safe and satisfactory manner. • Complete assigned work in a timely manner. Mechanical Trades Qualification in an applicable discipline. • Proven analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office. • Willingness to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule that includes both days and nights. Preferred Qualifications • Three to five years of experience in an industrial environment. • Experience with hydraulic systems, mechanical equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, welding, fabrication, and SAP work order processes.
