Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance, inspections, annual safety inspections and repairs on heavy trucks, mid-size trucks, trailers, etc. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues using schematics and diagnostic tools Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and other maintenance tools effectively Read and interpret technical schematics, manuals, to identify issues and execute repairs Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards during all operations Education Not Applicable Experience Required Proven experience with heavy truck repair Valid 310T License an asset but not required DriveON experience an asset, but will train Valid G license Strong mechanical, electrical and technical knowledge Hands-on experience with Detroit, CAT, Paccar, Cummins, Transmissions, Air Systems, power tools, hand tools, welding techniques, and electrical systems Ability to interpret schematics and technical manuals accurately Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting complex mechanical or electrical issues Strong communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Compensation And Benefits $40 - $55 /hour based on experience.
