We trust our team’s judgement, abilities and suggestions. Could you see yourself on this team roster? WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE? Perform all straightening and repairs to factory specifications and repair order including door, hood, deck alignments, chassis and frame measurements, welded on unibody parts and related tasks Remove and replace sheet metal, glass and cosmetic parts Straighten/repair damaged panels and parts Make unibody and frame pulls to within specifications Apply filler and sand to match original contours Take photos after all repairs, before refinishing Polishing, when required Reassembly, headlight adjustment and other final alignments Work with Repair Planner or Production Manager regarding supplement processing 100% Disassembly required on all vehicles Vehicles with received parts to be checked by Technician for accuracy and damage Audit body work and sign off on all body repairs prior to Prep Strive to become more skilled and efficient, attend training as required. What you’ll do
Perform full vehicle straightening and repairs to factory specifications, including frame pulls and sheet metal replacement. Handle the complete disassembly and reassembly process while ensuring all body work is audited and signed off prior to refinishing.
Requirements
Must hold a 310B Auto Body and Collision Damage Repairer license and a clean Full G driver's license. Candidates should be dependable team players committed to productivity, quality, and continuous technical learning.
