Job Summary Bourgault Industries is seeking internal candidates interested in pursuing a Maintenance Millwright Apprenticeship in St.Brieux, SK. Working alongside experienced Maintenance team members, you will learn to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair the equipment and facilities that support Bourgault Industries' operations. Responsibilities Assist with maintaining and repairing production equipment, facilities, and grounds. Support preventative maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and uptime. Assist in troubleshooting mechanical equipment issues under the guidance of experienced team members. Learn to inspect equipment and identify potential maintenance concerns. Participate in equipment repairs, rebuilds, and installations. Help maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation. Work collaboratively with maintenance, production, and engineering teams. Demonstrate a commitment to learning new skills and completing apprenticeship training requirements. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Qualifications Interest in pursuing a Millwright/Industrial Mechanic apprenticeship. Must be a current Bourgault Team Member. Required Skills/Experience Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Experience with metal fabrication equipment is an asset (welders, presses, saws, paint lines, lasers, conveyors, CNC equipment, forklifts, etc). Strong mechanical aptitude and curiosity about how equipment operates. Demonstrated reliability, initiative, and strong work ethic. Positive attitude and willingness to learn (no prior experience required). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Flexibility and adaptability to work on a variety of tasks and equipment. Wage Range Starting wage is dependent on experience. Closing Date For Application Is September 27, 2026 @ 5:00 P.M.
