Provide technical leadership for electrical engineering design and delivery across major mining and capital projects, including reviewing key deliverables and supporting power distribution and control system design. Guide technical strategy, resolve complex engineering issues, ensure standards are met, and mentor engineers while driving innovation and continuous improvement.

Build and modify electronic prototypes, design PCB layouts, and support engineers in testing and validating new product designs. Troubleshoot and repair existing products, maintain lab equipment and calibration records, and document test results and technical specifications.

Coordinate respiratory protection fit testing and occupational exposure monitoring, including preparing equipment, collecting samples, maintaining chain-of-custody records, and supporting chemical, gas detection, and radiation monitoring programs. Maintain audit-ready records and reports, coordinate field activities with operational and contractor teams, and contribute to inspections, compliance, and program improvements.
