Claridge Homes is looking for a driven, hands-on Mobile IT Technician to be the go-to problem-solver for our sites across the Ottawa region. In this role, you will travel to construction sites, sales centres, and retirement communities to resolve support tickets, maintain equipment, and keep our teams and residents connected. Key Responsibilities Manage the IT ticket system and support of IT infrastructure across the Ottawa region Ensure the company's computer equipment functions properly and provide support to all users Troubleshoot, test, install, maintain and upgrade hardware and equipment Daily travel to construction sites, sales centres, retirement communities as required Configure and maintain IT hardware across a wide variety of environments Deliver hands-on desk-side support, remote fixes, and smooth service installs Lead equipment inventory and lifecycle management Qualifications University degree or college diploma in a related field Solid working knowledge of IT and PC applications and software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Aquis, Yardi, etc.) A reliable car and a willingness to be on the road between sites A self-start mindset - ambitious, energetic, and ready to take initiative Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with a positive attitude Deep familiarity with PC and laptop hardware setup and maintenance Strong debugging skills for complex problems Comfort working independently and creatively in a fast-paced environment Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities Claridge Homes is committed to being an Equal Opportunity Employer.
