Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: • Painting, drywall repair • Flooring installation • Completing work orders in a timely manner • Performing preventative maintenance • Light HVAC troubleshooting and repairs • Electrical troubleshooting and repairs • Lock installation and repairs • Maintaining property grounds and common areas • Minor plumbing and carpentry • Appliance installation and repairs • Responsible for inventory control • Working with other service technicians • Emergency, after hours maintenance • Other duties as assigned/ needed • Provide after-hours emergency service for the department. Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Valid driver’s license and vehicle • Ability to travel from site to site during scheduled work. • General maintenance experience • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry • Ability to be on-call Claridge Homes is committed to being an Equal Opportunity Employer. Essential qualifications include general maintenance experience and basic knowledge across plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry disciplines, with an ability to be on-call for emergencies.
