Davignon Martin Architecture + Interior Design is a methodology based design studio that creates buildable modern architecure and interiors, all of which revolve around one shared concept: le parti. Often referred to as the "big idea," le parti is the chief organizing thought or decision of an architect's design. At Davignon Martin, it's also the unfolding of a project's potential; manifesting beauty, giving structure to things that are hidden or subconscious, and constructing the heretofore intangible. With this in mind, we offer architectural and consulting services for a range of developments from custom residential projects to commercial design. We also offer drafting, construction documentation, permit negotiation services and ongoing field coordination assistance. Each project has it's own dedicated and balanced team of architects, interior designers, and business managers that operate as a collective throughout the process, with Principals Richard Davignon and Doris Martin always involved in aspects of design.

Lead construction administration from issuance of drawings through project close-out, including resolving RFIs and conducting site visits. Provide technical leadership through high-level construction detailing and acting as the final quality gate for drawing sets at the IFC stage.
