SHIFT: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. PAY: $22 - $24 (Based on experience). Industrial Building Maintenance Technician We are looking for a dependable, safety-focused Maintenance Technician to maintain the cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of our manufacturing facility. Responsibilities Perform industrial cleaning and housekeeping. Complete general building maintenance and minor mechanical repairs. Operate a forklift to move materials and equipment. Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment upkeep. Identify and resolve maintenance issues. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications Forklift certification or willingness to obtain. Experience in industrial maintenance, housekeeping, or manufacturing. Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand and power tools. Able to perform physically demanding work. Reliable, organized, safety-conscious, and able to work independently. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on individual who enjoys keeping a manufacturing facility running smoothly. They take pride in maintaining a clean and safe workplace, think ahead to solve problems before they become bigger issues, are comfortable tackling a wide variety of maintenance tasks, and consistently demonstrate safe work practices.
