Empower Business Systems is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Field Service Technician to join our team. If you enjoy troubleshooting, working with electro-mechanical systems, and solving problems for customers, we’d like to hear from you. The Role Travel to customer locations to troubleshoot, repair, and service electro-mechanical equipment. Diagnose issues and replace parts as required. Install and connect devices to customer networks. Perform basic network setup, including printing, scan-to-email, and scan-to-folder. Provide professional, friendly customer service. Work independently while collaborating with our Field Service Technician team. Qualifications Electronic Technician Diploma or equivalent preferred. Hands-on troubleshooting and mechanical skills. Basic computer and networking knowledge. A+ or Network+ certification and/or manufacturer training is an asset. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
