What a day at EXP has in store for you
- Work will include generating drawings from scratch with minimal direction and oversight to revising drawings based on mark-ups from others.
- Work will include creating Plan and Profile Engineering drawings for Land Development Projects to City of Calgary Standards and Specifications
- Assist in developing project CADD standards, develop print sets for milestone reviews and final drawing deliverables.
- Work may include development of drawings/exhibits for planning or conceptual level studies and for final construction documents.
- Perform quality take-offs
- Prepare as-built drawings from field mark-ups.
- Attend internal project related meetings as required.
- Adhere to EXP and/or client directed QA/QC procedures.
- Participate in EXP directed training to develop and enhance skill sets.
What your experience looks like
- Diploma or Certificate form Post-Secondary institution in filed of CAD Drafting; Engineering
- 3-5 years of practical experience in Land Development is considered an asset
- Experience and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Must be able to work within a team environment.
- Must have good communication skills and have the ability to be a self-directed employee.
- Must be able to multi-task and meet deadlines.
