Main functions:
Reporting to the Senior National Manager, Continuous Improvement and Productivity, the Continuous Improvement Manager will be responsible for supporting the deployment of Bimbo Canada's Lean management program for our five bakeries in the West Region: Langley(BC), Calgary (AB), Edmonton(AB) and 2 Winnipeg(MA) bakeries. Regular presence at our locations is an important success criterion for the CI specialist (+/- 60-80%). The candidate can be based at any of our 5 facilities in the region. The CI Manager will also:
This is a multi-site responsibility, it is expected that the candidate will be required to travel regularly (up to 50%) as part of his/her duties for projects, training, team meetings, on-site support. Although most of the work takes place in traditional daytime hours, it must be understood that operations take place 24/7 and it will be required (rarely) to be available on other schedules. #LI-Hybrid #LI-RM1
