Our Maintenance Clerks help keep our operations up and running by maintaining and executing our maintenance management programs. If working with a great team and keeping all the balls in the air sounds like your kind of challenge, take a look at what we offer.
We're looking for a Maintenance Clerk to join our largest sawmill, located in High Level, Alberta. Our High Level Lumber Division safely and sustainably produces forest products for customers around the world so they can build their homes and their communities.
Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:
- Administrative experience preferably in a technical/maintenance environment.
- Related experience in equipment planning.
- Able to multitask under tight deadlines; set priorities; use independent judgment with strong attention to detail.
- Must maintain confidentiality; work in a team environment and have excellent interpersonal/communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems preferably JD Edwards.
- General familiarity with Lumber manufacturing operations would be beneficial.

In this role you will:
- Provide administrative support for the planning and maintenance work order functions.
- Process repair requests into work orders for the maintenance team, issue work orders for completion, close work orders and maintain work history.
- Maintain records management for all planning-related documentation.
- Provide general administrative support for the rest of the maintenance team.
- Be required to work shifts including weekend work.
- Work independently as part of a high-performance team.
