Year Round Repair Shop Supervisor

The Repair Supervisor is responsible for leading the team of Repair Technicians and General Operations of the Repair Shop. The repair shop operates year round with bike repairs and maintenance Spring through Fall and Ski/board tuning and repairs during the winter.

• Lead a team of up to 8 staff to deliver the best mountain experience and striving to exceed our guests expectations.
• Perform repairs and maintenance to skis, boards, and bikes using machines and hand tools to provide the best possible finish product.
• Provide information to guests on services available with the best solutions.
• Maintain the facility in a clean and safe manner.
• Perform regular maintenance on the machinery and tools.
• Train, schedule and manage staffing.
• Maintain OH&S standards for repair space.
• Responsible for parts orders for both winter and summer operations

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
• Experience in bike, ski and board repair operations. Experience with Wintersteiger and robotic equipment is considered a strong asset.
• Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Competent Mountain biker and Skier or Snowboarder.
• Physically able to carry out physical task
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Expected pay range: salaried $48,000 - $54,000/yr -this is an hourly position
