Experience:

• 4-5 years of construction and/or plumbing experience
• Red Seal Certification HVAC
• Full understanding of drawings and specifications for Mechanical, Architectural,
• Structural with the ability to coordinate with other disciplines
• Proficient in take-off/site design and material management
• Understanding of sub-trades scope/scheduling/interference
• Ability to manage, mentor and supervise 1st/2nd/3rd/4th year apprentices
