Operations ManagerJob Description Summary
Reporting to the Associate Director is a senior building operations position and is responsible for overseeing and providing administrative, operational and technical service and support to the operations department. The primary task of the Portfolio Operations Manager is to oversee the overall site operations inclusive of; building engineering overview, building maintenance, tenant coordination, tenant requests/servicing and oversight of janitorial service program(s) and other vendors as required. The Portfolio Operations Manager will ensure that the assigned real estate portfolio is being managed and maintained in a safe and environmentally responsible manner and to the highest level of operational and energy efficiency following Cushman & Wakefield's operational standards. They will also be responsible for the effective daily leadership of his/her staff as the portfolio expands, customer service, the C&W operational platform, and client expectations. The Portfolio Operations Manager will perform at the highest of ethical standards, reflecting the core values of C&W as defined in its Business Code of Conduct, Policies and Procedures Manual, and other related company policies. Hybrid Role - with the expectation to be in the Vancouver office minimum 3-days per week.

SUSTAINABILITY
Experience in sustainability or environmental science. Demonstrates a good understanding in sustainable property management must express a proven interest in sustainability or environmental science and measure the sites sustainability performance. They will be responsible for coordinating a variety of projects, ideas and sustainable strategies and assess any operational inefficiency within the assigned portfolio. Familiarity with Green building rating systems and associated duties: LEED-EB, WELL Building Standard, GRESB, BOMA BEST or equivalent.
