The following is required for successful employment at Camosun College:

Qualifications
Master's degree of Science (Biology) or other relevant Master's degree and a minimum of 2 years' recent full-time teaching experience or equivalent (i.e. 6 years half time), along with experience working in a team environment in an adult setting, or equivalent combination of education and experience:

Equivalency example: 3+ years' teaching experience in a team environment, in an adult setting, plus one or more of the following:
  • BSc. Biology/B.Ed./M.Ed. combination or
  • BSc. Biology/PDIP/M.Ed. combination
