We are looking for Production Employees to join our Soda Creek Division, located in Williams Lake, British Columbia. Our Lumber Division safely and sustainably produces forest products for customers around the world so they can build their homes and communities.

Our ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

  • Demonstrated commitment to working safely.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work 10-hour shifts, including evenings and weekends, in a physically demanding environment.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Previous experience working in an industrial environment is an asset.
  • Previous experience operating a forklift or loader is an asset.

In this role you will:

  • Work independently as part of a high-performance team dedicated safely and efficiently producing lumber products.
  • Perform a variety of labour duties to increase productivity and reduce safety risks.
  • Identify, analyse and troubleshoot any problems that might arise in your area, and communicate with your Team Lead and Maintenance teams to get things back on track.
  • Work a rotating 10-hour shift schedule, which gives you flexibility to spend extra time with your family on days off.
