To fulfill Pattison Agricultures' vision of GROWING, CONNECTING AND EVOLVING we are looking for an Intelligence Solutions Agronomist x 2. The successful candidate can work from any of our Pattison Agriculture locations (1 West SK, 1 East SK/MB) and will be responsible managing small grains agronomic recommendations & solutions for customers and personnel.

Responsibilities

This individual's responsibilities include:

• Assist team with customer trials & agronomic demonstrations
• Support automation requirements and leverage systems to review and interpret data
• Support water management, review drainage products and assist customers with data interpretation
• Conduct soil, tissue, and water analysis to provide recommendations for customers
• Assist in training & development of staff and customers

Requirements

This would be an ideal position if you have:

• Advanced knowledge of crop protection products and seed varieties
• The ability to work flexible hours, including travel
• A valid Class 5 Drivers License
• Knowledge of farm and agriculture systems in the region
• Certified Crop Advisor (CCA) - Option to obtain designation when employed.
• Professional Agronomy Designation. (PAg - SIA/AIA/MIA)
• 5 years' experience in an agronomic-focused role.
• Agriculture, Business, or Science Degree - Emphasis on Plant/Soil science experience.
• Operations Center & Agronomic Application experience
• Have experience analyzing and interpreting data and reports
• The ability to use desktop and internet applications
• Excellent customer service skills
