This position will be based out of our Winnipeg locations, reporting the the Service Manager.
Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator are:
Support the Superintendent:
Review contracts for site requirements and accuracy
Organize and schedule jobs
Preparation and management or various project related documents, such as work orders, quotes, purchase orders and Change orders, etc.
Ordering materials and supplies as per job requirements, as well as ensuring proper equipment is available and arranged
High volume file management; ensuring files are complete, all authorizations and information is present for work completed
Prepare work orders, and letters for completed work
Support the field operations:
Providing Foreman and crews with job information and requirements
Maintain employee paperwork for field personnel to ensure any necessary paperwork is provided, such as applications, licenses, police checks, etc.
Handling incoming customer calls & inquiries and dispatching crews to handle leak calls
All other duties as required
What we are seeking:
Experience working in construction environment is considered an asset
Must be organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible
Able to prioritize competing deadlines and manage a high volume workload efficiently
Customer service oriented with a courteous and professional phone manner
Strong skills using the Microsoft office package; work, Excel and Outlook.
