Working within a team of fire protection professionals, your work will help the company adequately meet his clients' expectations and ensure the profitability of the branch.
Reporting to the District Manager, your main responsibility will be to coordinate all activities related to projects' completion, from conception to installation. Among other things, your responsibilities will be to :
- Plan and review the scope of the project;
- Plan and sequence activities and resources to complete the project;
- Develop schedules and proceed to time estimating/allocation;
- Oversee the preparation of all documentation required for the realization of the project;
- Oversee the creation charts and schedules;
- Analyze and manage risks and issues;
- Oversee the submission safety documentation;
- Monitor and report projects progresses and track contract changes;
- Work closely with vendors and do business partnering;
- Ensure quality control during all activities;
- Manage all project correspondence as the primary contact for the particular project.
