Job Description:

Location: Bolton Food Plant

We're looking for a Reliability Leader who will be responsible for maintaining equipment and carried out to prevent problems arising, to put faults right, and to ensure equipment is working effectively.

What are we looking for?

  • Ideally, you'll have 3-5 years experience in a similar position

  • Desirable, you'll have advanced problem-solving and project management skills.

  • We want someone who is a confident PC user (SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)), production planning systems.

  • You'll also need to hold Bachelor's degree or Equivalent Level

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Operate complex machines and systems, adjusting processes to optimize quality and productivity. Also responsible for generating solutions to complex inefficiencies.

  • Troubleshoot and diagnose highly complex equipment and systems for preventive repairs. Use expertise to lead major equipment re-builds and guide planned installation of complex systems.

  • Implement corrective actions or continuous improvement initiatives and monitoring them to make sure they are effective.

  • Responsible for improving safety and food safety as well as reducing TRS breakdown losses, maintenance cost

  • Leader of the Site Asset Health Check process ensuring all equipment onsite is captured and regional requirements are complied with in order to reduce Q&FS, safety and legal risk as well as eliminating obsolete equipment onsite.

  • Responsible for the implementation of Small Minor (<$500k) AHC and Reliability Improvement projects through CAB and the maintenance expense budget

  • Responsible for Engineering project handover of new assets into maintenance care

  • As a leader in problem-solving, coach and lead other maintenance and operations associates
