Your work environment at EXP

In this role, you will join the Mechanical group, based in our Brampton, ON office reporting to the Senior Project Manager.

What a day at EXP has in store for you

  • Performing Building Condition Assessments, Reserve Fund Studies and Capital Planning Services.
  • Preparation of reports related to the Mechanical and Electrical systems within facilities.
  • Review and prepare reports and repair/replacement cost estimates.


What your experience looks like

  • College diploma, EIT or University graduate in suitable related program with mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
  • Exposure to mechanical/electrical equipment for building services including: HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, boiler plants, chiller plants, heating systems, generators, specialized air conditioning systems could also be an asset.
  • Experience working for an Ontario based consulting engineering firm is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills - written and oral.
  • A valid driver's licence with own vehicle and travel throughout Southern Ontario is required.
  • Experience dealing with various clients and fostering a positive relationship.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
