POSITION OVERVIEW:

To analyze, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical machinery, equipment, and components.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Certified/Licensed Industrial Millwright;
• Minimum two years of experience in an automotive manufacturing environment or a minimum five years of experience in an industrial environment;
• Physically capable of performing essential duties of the job.

RESPONSIBILITIES / EFFORTS / WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Analyze, repair, and troubleshoot machinery such as: Stamping presses, Hydroforming presses, Robotic welding assembly lines, Conveyors and other Hydraulic Systems.
• Analyze, repair, and troubleshoot pneumatic and hydraulic circuits and their associated components. (Hydraulic experience is a prerequisite).
• Design, modify, and update related schematics;
• Optimization of machine functionality for uptime, cycle time, and energy conservation;
• Commitment to continuous improvement and work place safety;
• Assist the maintenance department planning of PM activity scheduling;
• TS16949 awareness and adherence;
• ISO14001 awareness and adherence;
• Lean Manufacturing and 5S concepts awareness and adherence;
• Work safely and within the guidelines of the Deco Employee Handbook.
• Maintain safety standards of equipment and work area and perform all duties in a safe manner in accordance with the safety policies and within the guidelines of the Deco Employee Handbook
• Filling out daily shift report.
• Services, maintains, repairs, installs and tests new or existing equipment and verifies conformance to specifications
• Has good interpersonal and communication skills and is results oriented.
• Team Player.
• Other duties as may be required.
