Your Role

As Project Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the direction, planning, implementation, and completion of key business systems projects, ensuring they align with the organization's strategy, stay within budget, and meet goals.

Day to Day

  • Coordinate vendors and internal resources for the execution of projects
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation
  • Gather and develop key functional requirements for all segments of the projects
  • Develop both current and future-state workflows and requirements for solutions
  • Identify key issues for organizational consideration regarding the integration of business systems across diverse applications and platforms

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education
  • PMP certification highly desired
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward successful task completion
  • Experience in business analysis and functional requirements gathering
  • Knowledge in the fundamentals of organizational change management
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft 365 Application Suite
