Join a team that designs, develops, and integrates highly complex systems within Honeywell Business Technologies. You will be integral in creating system solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will be involved in every aspect of the systems life cycle, from the front end of business development through product end of life.

As on-site technology Leader you will need to Lead successful on-site installation, servicing and repair of complex equipment and systems without direct supervision. You will coordinate the development of detailed work instructions and amend any outdated or incorrect instructions with help of Engineering teams. You will make improvements to training guides and documentation also develop detailed life cycle plans for all on site technology that Honeywell is responsible for. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives in the field to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. Person must be innovative and willing to learn and drive new Honeywell technical offerings.

Be the face of Honeywell to the customer and interact directly with end-users, peers, and competitors Share knowledge of Honeywell solutions to enhance efficiencies and team ability. Become a technical expert for complex Honeywell solutions/product offerings.

Must be eligible to obtain Top Secret SIGNET Government clearance as well as GCP clearance.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • College diploma in a Computer/ Technology related program
  • Minimum 5 years of field industry experience working with information technology (IT) or Operational technology (OT).

WE VALUE

  • Previous technical/installation experience in building automation
  • Previous technical/installation experience in building Fire and Security
  • Computer science
  • Bilingual (French & English)
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Good written and oral communication
  • Ability to follow instructions and identify mistakes
  • Good presentation skills
  • Networking Experience
  • Database administration
  • Knowledge of ICT/Cybersecurity fundamentals, Intermediate to Advanced computer skills
  • Demonstrated experience in organizing and directing work activities according to priorities, and to meet deadlines involving multiple systems projects and vendors.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to develop innovative and creative solutions in a complex multiple system environment.
  • Previous exposure to a site base, construction environment
  • Project management experience.
