Maintenance/groundskeeper (Residential)

Our Kingsville Headquarters is currently seeking a Maintenance/Groundskeeper to join our Maintenance team. The essential function of this position is to provide Residential Maintenance.

This is a permanent full-time role with benefits and pay range is $25/hr-$30/hr (flexible for the right experience!)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Residential maintenance
• Lawn maintenance
• Window washing
• Dock/boat and pool maintenance/upkeep

Education/Background Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous related work experience required.

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
• Requires professionalism
• Team player with positive work attitude.

Working Conditions:
• Must be comfortable working outdoors
• Must be capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Position requires sitting, standing, walking and bending on a regular basis
• Must have a Driver's License
