Position Overview

Responsible for supporting assigned product development activities and projects for the Canadian Flavour Solutions business under the general supervision of the Sample Room Manager. A Passion for Food.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively participates as Product Development support. With support from the Product Development team, will support sample preparation (blending), packaging, shipping, and stock maintenance duties
  • Support raw material management to maintain production continuity and CCI
  • Support raw material database updates

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ongoing post-secondary education, College or University
  • Some knowledge of food safety, HACCP and GMPs would be an asset
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team environment and actively participates as an important product development support and resource. Good communication and presentation skills. This role requires a strong attention to detail
  • Good written and verbal communication skills. Experience with food preparation would be ideal. Strong Experience with computer systems (e.g. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
