We are looking for a part-time Property Maintenance Worker at our Walker - Head Office location.
Reporting directly to the Property Maintenance Lead, the incumbent will assist with investigation and resolution maintenance needs in Niagara. This will include but is not limited to, grounds, facility and rental unit maintenance and repairs. The incumbent will also assist with minor repairs to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and various other maintenance required for, primarily but not limited to the Walker Environmental Head Office building, Woodington Systems Inc., and the Head Office building. Additionally, the incumbent will help to respond to emergency maintenance needs as required.

Education & Job Knowledge
Minimum high school graduation or equivalent level of education. Proven experience and knowledge of identifying issues and performing minor repairs to electrical problems, plumbing, security, HVAC systems, water pumps, septic and cistern systems and fire suppressions.
Experience
A minimum of 1 years' experience in facility or property maintenance is considered an asset but not required.
Certificates, Licenses or Registration
A valid G Registration Ontario Driver's License in good standing is required for this position. First Aid, WHMIS, Working at Heights certificate preferred.
