Hourly Culinary Supervisor

Job Description

The Hourly employee is responsible for improving the profitability of Operations. This person will ensure the highest level of customer service, safety, sanitation, quality, and consistency. Understanding of food safety and sales is key.

Job Responsibilities

• Retains control of production costs, supply costs, and inventory by adhering to all standards of operation.
• Lunch service prep and any catering needs
• Maintaining high service and quality on a regular basis.
• Adheres to all standards and established tracking procedures daily.
• Adhering to all Aramark policies and procedures.
• Adherence to Aramark's time and attendance procedures.
• Follows all on site safety procedures and badging requests

Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years of relevant experience.

• End of day sales and cash knowledge

• Basic Food safety

• Current Certifications as needed

This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
